Dependency problems were solved automatically. After the new version was installed the installer said that the new one 3.13.11 conflicts with the old version 3.13.10. There were 3 options to choose: 1. (i) Uninstall and install the new version; 2. overwrite the old version; 3. cancel. I have chosen the 1.
