[Bug 1006200] Weird (misleading?) package download progress at the end of installation

I am still seeing the problem. It showed up in an install of openSUSE 15.0 Build 65.1. The download message was for "pattern gnome-gnome-imaging". I have also noticed, with several recent installs, that this problem does not show up in a KVM install. It only occurs in a bare-metal install.
