Neither the installation nor YaST2 report any error, but running lilo in a shell flags an error "Warning: macos: image = : No such file or directory" seemingly for any image name. It still seems to generate / update yaboot.conf etc. though. "man lilo" and "man lilo.conf" suggest that the OS-X partition must be named "macos" or possibly "macosx". My OS-X partition (per pfdisk) has label "OSX" - tried all of these & more besides with the same form of error. This has missed the GM pressing now, so can't readily be included in the default user documentation - but I think it ought to go in as a 'most annoying bug', especially as it will tend to bite people new to Linux and OpenSuSE hardest. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
