http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=901812 Frans Leerink <f.leerink@xs4all.nl> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |f.leerink@xs4all.nl --- Comment #6 from Frans Leerink <f.leerink@xs4all.nl> --- Hello, I install the openSUSE 13.2 final system and during the reboot grub could not find the just installed 13.2 system. The openSUSE 13.2 final DVD was still in the dvd-drive and I accepted the proposal to log in from harddisk. In this install I edited the partition set up since the system selected my 13.1 partitions to install the system, while I opted for my old 12.3 partions. With the 13.2 DVD still in the drive, I made a new install, without any editing of the proposed partition set up, in my 13.1 partitions / and /home. The same problem occurred as during the 1st install. After shutting down and removing the 13.2 final DVD from the drive, I rebooted the system and now I can see two 13.2 final systems on respectively /dev/sdb1 - /dev/sdb2 and the other one on /dev/sdb6 - /dev/sdb7 partitions. I can now normally start the new openSUSE 13.2 final systems. Is this related to this bug ??? What info do you need ??? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
