First of all thanks for reply. First , I installed VirtualBox-OSE thourgh software installer n I came across above errors. On recommendation by one of the member on forums.opensuse.org (here is the link -http://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-help-here/applications/451430-virtual...) I removed virtualBox-OSE and installed PUEL version from the link provided there.
