this is actually, a duplicated of that bug.
however..did you tried comment #8 of this report, that should work.. why ? because that "cheap" cards are really really common, and drivers are available, vendor is linux friendly. and are even listed in the vendor's page.,

I did try comment #8 but nothing happened. I deleted /etc/modprobe.d/sound and rebooted. The card is still shown on yast but needs to be configured. Configuration seems to be successful but the test button does not deliver any sound. Is there any dependancy with KDE Sound system? KDE settings show: Sound system deactivated.
