The only thing that seems to have an influence on rfkill is the hardware switch. The NM software switch, at least the one used by KDE, doesn't change it.
Yes, only the hardware switch shall hard un/block the rfkill. The status of rfkill reported in C#6 are ok. The problem here is that after the rfkill re-enables the wlan adapter NM doesn't try and reconnect automatically. Correct ? But, this is matter of NetworkManager (NM) or KDE in this case.
