Yes, if the package is updated, the new versions recommends are evaluated.
Maybe the package should simply not recommend chromium-browser.
chromium-pepper-flash works mainly with chromium. So it's natural to recommend chromium when installing it (with default zypper settings). It's not a strict requirement and can be easily bypassed with --no-recommends.
"mainly" is the keyword here. It also works well together with freshplayerplugin, opera, vivaldi, etc. so this recommends does not make sense. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
