Well, I think that it is not serious after all. "unopkg" is called only when removing the old extensions from the system cache. The cache is not longer used by LO-3.6, so it should not affect the functionality. Just to be sure, do you see any problems in "Tools/Extension Manager"? Does it list some extensions? Is any of the extensions disabled without your intention? If you do not see any problem there, you are on the safe side. Anyway, could you please do the following test? 1. open a terminal (xterm, or so) 2. switch to root by the command "su" 3. run "unopkg list --shared" If it does not crash, could you please paste the output?
