It does not looks quite useful requesting root privileges to perform a Display Brightness Level adjustments for daily user operations. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Configure your system to use Secure File Permissions 2.Activate Power settings on Dim Screen after "n" minutes. * 3.Another way to replicate it is using keys to change the Screen Brightness.* Actual Results: 2) * At the time is reached or 3) * Switching keys to adjust the Screen Brightness Level It will show a dialog "system policies prevent you from getting the brightness level" and it will request you enter "root" password to perform the actions.
