it is not mounted as there is no direct filesystem available.
amarok uses libmtp9 to access it.
There is "FUSE" based "mtpfs" which can also access it.
I would have hoped the last release that includes also Nexus support, would have worked with Amarok. :/
Well, I dont see any attached player or something in Amarok...
For mtpfs usage, install the mtpfs RPM, mkdir ~/nexus in your homedirectory then run (with the player attached): mtpfs ~/nexus
