Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Do a fresh installation of vanilla openSUSE 11.4 from DVD (32 bit) and with KDE as desktop at my computer. Actual Results: 1.) The monitor resolution is at 1024x768. That looks very ugly because the monitor has a resolution of 1440x900. 2.) In KDE/systemsettings I can only choose 1024x768 and smaller resolutions. I can't choose 1440x900 which would be the good resolution. Expected Results: 1.) The resolution is set automatically to 1440x900. 2.) In KDE/systemsettings I can choose 1440x900. The graphic card is able to produce this resolution - with MS Windows the very same graphic card and monitor work fine. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
