AFAIK the search field for applications in the KDE start menu is shared with the one in the "Alt+F2" menu. So the report should be for "krunner".
Just to be sure. You have enabled the necessary runners?
Yeah, this is what should "Aplikace" (applications or programs in EN) provide... (I tried on another 12.1+tw machine where this works.) But I do not have any applications in the "start menu". So I think this is the culprit. My application database is empty or broken. That's why krunner offers nothing, that's why I see nothing in applciation list and start menu. Any idea how the database is built? I think it should take all .desktop files and build something... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
