According to Adrian I used this line: $ osc sr create -m "New package python-pysvn, PDB entry exists" home:thomas-schraitle:Factory python-pysvn openSUSE:Factory I got this error: Warning: failed to fetch meta data for 'openSUSE:Factory' package 'python-pysvn' (new package?)
