Even if the install script tests for the existence of deinit_dlmod(), grepping for other references to this function in the binaries resulted in no matches. This makes me wonder if the function is really being called or if the pre-install script is wrong. I'd appreciate if you could run the following test: 1. Dirty hack to workaround the RPM's pre-install script: # echo deinit_dlmod > /usr/lib64/libnetsnmpmibs.so.deinit 2. Install hp-snmp-agents 3. Test if the software works as expected or not.
