[Bug 960456] Firefox freezes on AccuWeather extended forecast webpage

When I deleted the inline styles for them that control the animation, I was able to scroll down the page without Firefox freezing. It seems like the problem is that Firefox freezes whenever a page has a CSS animation that runs infinitely.
