https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=775396 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=775396#c0 Summary: kdeadmin4 doesn't create subpackage system-config-printer-kde Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.2 Version: RC 2 Platform: All OS/Version: openSUSE 12.2 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Applications AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: rmilasan@suse.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: L3 Blocker: --- I've notice that in KDE the system-config-printer-kde is not available at all. After some small investigation I've realized that is not even build at all. I believe that this should exists in openSUSE, at least in the repository. I've build in my OBS home kdeadmin4 with system-config-printer-kde. I've also tested the package and seems to work just fine. https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=kdeadmin4&project=home%3Armilasan%3Abranches%3AopenSUSE%3A12.2%3AUpdate One point could be fixed in the package, that if cups is not running to show an error. In case cups doesn't run, the kcm module system-config-printer-kde looks more like its not working at all, which could confuse people. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
