Did you really use an old Ghostscript version 8.6 or do you mean e.g. Ghostscript version 8.60? I guess you mean Ghostscript version 8.60. I assume Ghostscript version 8.15 just has no support for indexeable or searcheable text in PDFs so that the issue is no bug in Ghostscript version 8.15 but an enhancement request (i.e. upgrade to Ghostscript version 8.60) for the next openSUSE version. As the next openSUSE version will have Ghostscript version 8.60 or later, the issue should be already fixed. By the way, for our current Ghostscript, have a look at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/WernerFink/ e.g. in your particular case (openSUSE 10.3 on 64-bit AMD) see http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/WernerFink/openSUSE_10.3/x86... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
