https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=886160 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=886160#c0 Summary: Installer copies license file Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Factory Version: 13.2 Milestone 0 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: yast2-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: rschweikert@suse.com QAContact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- It appears that the installer is copying the license files into /etc/YaST2/licenses/base rather than installing the license from the package skelcd-openSUSE. This results in an inconsistency when asystem is upgraded using "zypper dup" As the license files in /etc/YaST2/licenses/base are not owned by a package the licenses are not updated along with the rest of the distribution. Thus one can end up with a license file from openSUSE version A while running openSUSE version B -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
