We have tried it in a network with two ubuntu machines and one openSUSE machine, all with same configuration. The ubuntu machines can talk amongst them with encrypted signaling and data, but not the openSUSE one. [...] Hold on, we found the problem by comparing line to line the ubuntu and oS sip.conf files. I had: lsenable = yes with a missing "t". Apparently, asterisk does not complain of a wrong variable! Shame on me.
