The auto.master is not overriding these settings. in OS 11.4, my setup used to unmount the automount on inactivity. But in 12.1 this unmounting does not work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.set up an automount 2.'cd' into automount point and 'cd' back out 3.wait for 'timeout', period an check system mounts.
