If you set them to another time zone the clock starts to work again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.add analog clock plasmoid to the desktop 2.enable time zones and set another (or more) time zones 3.use the mouse weel to pass trough time zones on the analog clock you put in the tesktop Actual Results: when in "Local" time zone the clock is freezed.
