[Bug 309540] uvc camera not working any more

With exactly the same hardware it works on 10.2 and does not on 10.3-beta3. Regarding the bandwidth, I have also USB mouse and keyboard (and a USB hub), the keyboard seems to cause problems, if I disconnect it, the camera works.
