Vendor: pci 0x10de "nVidia Corporation" Device: pci 0x0a6c
This device is *not* officially supported by G01 driver, i.e. 173.14.30. My guess is, that you've selected the G01 RPMs manually on 11.4 and you were lucky these worked for you!?! During update to 12.1 the G01 packages have been updated (*) and additionally the G02 RPMs have been autoselected since this device is registered for the G02 packages.
Could this be? Please also check which kernel you're running now. Thanks.
As with Anders, I did not select the G01 package manually on update. I'm running the desktop kernel from 12.1: Linux plati.site 3.1.0-1.2-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Nov 3 14:45:45 UTC 2011 (187dde0) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
