Since this happened on two different machines, I think that it is something with common extra repos. Mostly updates comes from kde4 ones, nowadays I use just few kde3 application. Will try to run rpm -qf /usr/lib/libnspr4.so if I run into this problem again. I also tried seraching for those files in yast, but they are only inside mozilla-nspr.
