[Bug 1206760] Audio device locked / exclusively blocked for user session

The CMI8738 sound card is connected to the home automation system. Desktop sound works as usual, but I can see both devices on KDE (as before). I installed pavucontrol. When starting the program the GUI starts showing the message: "Establishing connection to PulseAudio.
