https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=346574 Summary: gnome-screensaver(?) won't let me back into my desktop Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: fejj@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: jpr@novell.com Found By: --- Ever since about a week ago at the Mono Summit in Madrid when I updated my system, if I leave my laptop alone long enough for gnome-screensaver to blank my screen (as opposed to just the normal screensaver), I cannot get back into my desktop. I have to Ctrl+Alt+F1, log into the console, and killall -9 gnome-screensaver Yesterday, I noticed an update to gnome-screensaver and hoped it contained a fix for this bug, but it seems it did not because even after a reboot (my kernel got upgraded also), it still happens. I have gnome-screensaver-2.20.0-6.2 If you need to know versions of other packages, just ping me and I'll get you the info. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
