If the former is the problem: On the page http://en.opensuse.org/Download_Help#Downloading_from_FTP_Servers there is an explanation how to repair a broken download. Search for the string "repair the ISO file with the command rsync". For example, use rsync -avcP rsync://rsync.opensuse.org/opensuse-full/opensuse/distribution/11.0/iso/dvd/openSUSE-11.0-DVD-i386.iso . if you have openSUSE-11.0-DVD-i386.iso and you start the command in the local directory ('.') where the file is located. This will *reliably* result in an intact image, and will only re-download wrong parts. If the burn is the problem, then I suggest that the fastest option is to download the openSUSE-11.0-NET-i386.iso image which is only 70MB, which could increase the likelyhood of a successful burn, and will allow a network installation (with some more work). Or try one of the CD images, as Andreas suggested. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
