[Bug 331809] Huawei E220 (UMTS modem) doesn't work in 10.3

I made some tests with 10.3: 1) Playstation 3 (ppc64): Works out of the box! 2) ibook G4 (ppc32): Works after the use of huaweiAktBbo 3) x86-64: Doesn't work at all (even with huaweiAktBbo) 4) i386: Doesn't work because of USB 1.1.
