[month in number]월 [day in month], [TIME] However, it should look like [month in number]월 [day in month]일, [TIME] Where the month suffix is U+C6D4 HANGUL SYLLABLE WEOL and the day suffix is U+C77C HANGUL SYLLABLE IL. Having month suffix but not day suffix is very weird. locale looks fine.
