Both of them should be made available with spice support. The qemu help displays the availability of -spice Without this support including spice (other than spice client) doesn't make sense in the distribution. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run /usr/bin/qemu -spice port=1234,disable-ticketing 2. Run /usr/bin/qemu --help | grep spice Actual Results: 1. Output: qemu: -spice port=1234,disable-ticketing: there is no option group "spice" spice is not supported by this qemu build. 2. Output: -spice <args> enable spice The above is correct output Expected Results: 1. Should see something approximately like the following on standard out and qemu should run and start the spice server do_spice_init: starting 0.6.4 spice_server_add_interface: SPICE_INTERFACE_KEYBOARD spice_server_add_interface: SPICE_INTERFACE_MOUSE spice_server_add_interface: SPICE_INTERFACE_QXL red_worker_main: begin handle_dev_input: start Packages installed qemu 0.14.0_rc1-1.4.2 (x86_64) kvm 0.14.0.0-1,4,1 (x86_64) libspice-server1 0.8.0-3.1 (x86_64) libspice server is present as /usr/lib64/libspice-server.so.1 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
