Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install libjxl-tools. 2. Try to encode file. 3. No output file is produced. Actual Results: Output file is not created by the encoder. Expected Results: .jxl file output is expected. After some testing, I found that it cannot encode and decode png files.
