[Bug 855199] Since Mesa update on December the 9th 2013 OpenGL reports error

I uninstalled RPM too... I ran by force uninstall scripts found in /usr/share/ati I reinstalled the proprietary driver... I uninstalled it immediately, and it really cleaned a lot of things... I reinstalled RPM. I assume its not going to work without rebooting a single time!
