I upgraded from 12.3 (fully updated) to factory (13.1 beta 1). After reboot I had no network. I ran ifconfig, and eth0 is present, just not configured. I ran ifup eth0, and it did not configure eth0. In the messages log, there are messages systemd: Started ifup managed network interface eth0.
