https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=631994 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=631994#c9 --- Comment #9 from Stefan Dirsch <sndirsch@novell.com> 2011-01-22 15:57:24 UTC --- Yes, it's a pity that X developers at SUSE no longer can find the time for looking into issues on released openSUSE versions. Even the currently developed openSUSE version is going to be shipped with a lot of issues, since we're busy with SLES/SLED. What is more frustrating for a bug reporter? Never get any response - or - a least a status update (+ a plan how to address that issue for the next openSUSE release)? Harald, luckily every openSUSE user is now part of the openSUSE community and therefore is able to branch a package, apply the patch, submitrequest it, i.e. trigger an update to fix the issue. In case you're interested in doing this, please let me know, so we can reopen the bug, reassign it to you and ask the maintenance team for an update.
