https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=231101 Summary: apache2 support in yast2 flawed, when an error occurs it does not go back to the existing configuration Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: RC 5 Platform: IA64 OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: novell-suse@mentor.ch QAContact: jsrain@novell.com I wanted to activate some modules with yast2 > network services > http server. I made a mistake (illegal modul acivation) and yast2 could not restart http. However, it stored the activated modules which should not have been activated. Fortunately I did know what I did, otherwise I would have had a long time working to recreate a working combination of modules. If the syntax of the config files are wrong and/or the settings in the configurator in yast are wrong, yast2 should default to the last version and present it again. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
