http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=903874 --- Comment #19 from Joerg Reuter <jreuter@suse.com> --- I've now removed the ucode-intel package, recreated the initrd (IIRC the microcode gets loaded from there, but I may be mistaken), rebooted, lo and behold: microcode 0x16 as loaded by the BIOS does NOT seem to show this behaviour after each of two suspended sessions.
