The first one where I hit the broken drag-and-drop was QGIS. The Qt Draggable Icons example (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtwidgets-draganddrop-draggableicons-example.html) fails to work as well. The workaround is to run the application in Wayland mode. I'm using GNOME on Wayland.
