[Bug 815024] No connection if network later initialized as Firefox tries to establish connection

It often takes some time for Firefox to notice connectivity changes. What delay is between steps 4 and 6?

The connection comes never again till i close Firefox and start it again. I've noticed, that it comes after standby of at least 2-3 hours.
