I found out about it on the Sidux forum. I have removed the file and my SuSE system is working again as it should. But this caused a great deal of anquish and lost work time. In fact I ended up installing Sidux on another drive and have more or less switched over to using that. My suggestion is that gparted should be removed from the SuSE repositories as it's a very bad idea to run it from inside of SuSE. The only way it should be used is from it's own live CD so that it can't corrupt your system. This kind of error creates a lot of bad PR for Novell. Even thought it's not really their fault. But it does make the OS look really bad. It causes Novell SuSE to lose users as they end up switching to other distros. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
