I could but I have tested the same session file on my laptop with intel
graphics (open source driver and Mesa 7.10.2) which results in faulty coloring
and on my desktop with nVIDIA (and proprietary driver) which results in correct
(expected) coloring. Lurking through the internet had made me think this is a
driver bug. See
http://www.mail-archive.com/pymol-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg09200.html for
a similar case.
I am truly grateful that you work on this and if you find a fix/workaround it
would help me enormously. I will assist in any way I can but I am not a
programmer merely a semi-power user of linux and pymol.
Current system: lenovo x61 openSUSE 11.4 Tumbleweed linux 3.0.3 Mesa 7.10.2.
