[Bug 957071] Blueberry OFF toggle does not actually turn off bluetooth

Gnome Bluetooth works correctly, as does Blueman to turn off the bluetooth device. I'm thinking this might be a missing dependency that Blueberry needs that is declared as "recommended" in the RPM spec? I run a system with installation of recommended packages disabled by default.
