http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1204618 Bug ID: 1204618 Summary: Many icons missing since update to TW 20221022 Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: gnome-bugs@suse.de Reporter: badshah400@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- After updating to TW 20221022, most icons on my GNOME desktop are being rendered as generic/missing icons. This includes app icons, icons on the top-bar, in-app icons, and pretty much everywhere. Please see attached screenshot showing the state of icons in the workspace overview. Apparently, changing icon themes from gnome-tweaks -> Appearance does not help either. In case it helps (as I am not sure exactly what is causing this), here are some specifics on my session: * GNOME 43 * HiDPI with 2x scaling + 1.25 font-scaling * Wayland session -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
