It appears that v2.00 of KIWI has a pretty severe regression in that 'chroot' is not referenced by the full path after invoking cleanInitrd. The problem is that cleanInitrd copies /usr/bin/chroot to /bin/chroot, then removes /usr. Sometimes bash will get confused after that and think chroot is still in /usr/bin, which of course does not exist.
