As a test, I downloaded the compat-wireless-2009-03-14 source code from wireless.kernel.org and recompiled the wireless drivers with the latest code available, and I am no longer experiencing any problems with my wireless. I'll give it some more tests, but I've thrown several thousand pings through the interface without any being dropped, so I would assume that if you were to backport the latest wireless code to the 2.6.27 openSUSE kernel, you'd probably resolve this bug. Just my experience -- I'll update you if it turns out it didn't actually fix my problem. Here's my ping output with the newer driver, just for kicks: PING 172.16.110.10 (172.16.110.10) 56(84) bytes of data. ^C --- 172.16.110.10 ping statistics --- 99387 packets transmitted, 99386 received, 0% packet loss, time 112261ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.648/1.447/4437.913/43.777 ms, pipe 10, ipg/ewma 1.129/0.888 ms -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
