If I disable non-oss, the job leads to a similar amount of packages. However, if I resolve with '--no-recommends', both jobs (w/wo non-oss) lead to about 450 packages (only actually requited packages). So most probably yast did the 1st install with 'no-recommends' turned on. Maybe it's done upon minimal installation?
