(execve) dolphin --icon system-file-manager -caption Dolphin 'file:///home/wolfgang/Desktop'
Running exactly the same command from the console results in a working file uri.
To run exactly the same command from the console you need to enter dolphin --icon system-file-manager -caption Dolphin "'file:///home/wolfgang/Desktop'" i.e. you need the extra "" to preserve the wrongly added '' .
