This is a fresh install of KDE 4.3 RC1 and Qt 4.5.2 from the Qt repo. I see strange black borders (picture attached) whenever a window is opened. If I move the windows then it goes away.I tried changing the theme from Skulpture to default Oxygen and also the plasma theme to Air.
