This product will support the internal Intel graphics chips on both Haswell and Broadwell processors. Since SUSE12.0 is the only release in this timeframe, we need support for the Broadwell CPU and it's onboard graphics. Without support for Broadwell in SUSE12.0, our team would have to go backward and use SLES11 SP3 and backport all of the Broadwell support which would be a non-starter for our product. I've attached our business justification to this BZ, but here is a brief list of our key customers all of which are currently on SLES11 and expecting our next release to move to SLES12.
