It is copied verbatim to the target root partition. After copying some live-config adjustment script does only a minimal change: diff keyboard.suse112ms8-live keyboard.suse112ms8-postinst 93c93 < COMPOSETABLE="clear winkeys shiftctrl latin1.add" ---
